Who are we?
The Algerian Saudi Investment Company (ASICOM) was created under an agreement signed and ratified between Algeria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and started its activity in 2008. It is represented by their respective Ministries of finance. Its head office is in Algiers, Algeria. The declared capital is eight billion Algerian dinars (8 000 000 000 DZD) held equally and paid fully.

ASICOM supports projects in their creation or companies in creation or development. ASICOM provides appropriate financing to the specific needs of project promoters through financial structuring. ASICOM invests its own funds and also mobilizes other capital searching for investment opportunities.
ASICOM implements two investment
mechanisms to support economic development:
Equity Investment
- Capital investissement : Prise de participation dans le capital social des sociétés existantes.
- Compte Courant des Associés : Outil exceptionnel de financement attribué au entreprises dont ASICOM est actionnaire
Management of Wilaya Investment Funds
Financing projects through the Wilaya Investment Funds, in accordance with the investment policy defined by the Public Treasury.
